This Privacy Policy describes how Evolvera Lab ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use our websites and applications (collectively, the "Services").

Information we collect

Depending on how you use our Services, we may collect:

• Account information – such as email address and basic profile details when you sign up or authenticate.
• Usage data – prompts you submit, generations you create, app events and device information used to improve reliability and user experience.
• Subscription and billing data – high-level information about your subscription status, managed through app stores and payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

How we use your data

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the Services you request.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Monitor performance and improve product quality.
• Communicate important updates about your account or subscription.

AI models and data retention

Prompts and generation metadata may be processed by third-party AI providers (such as Google Cloud) to generate images or videos. We do not use your content to train our own models beyond what is necessary to provide the Service, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Generated media and associated prompts are stored for up to 24 hours to allow you to view, download or manage your creations. After this period, your generations are automatically deleted from our systems.

Longer retention may apply where required for security, abuse prevention or legal reasons.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers such as Google Cloud, Firebase, RevenueCat and mobile app stores to operate our Services. These providers process data on our behalf in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

Your choices

• You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
• You may manage notification and subscription settings within the app.
