These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and applications operated by Evolvera Lab ("we", "us", "our"), including all our mobile applications and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These terms apply to all Evolvera Lab applications, including but not limited to:

Use of the Services

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree not to use the Services for illegal, harmful or abusive activities.
• You are responsible for any content you generate and share using the Services.

Content and ownership

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable app-store or model-provider rules, you may use the images and videos generated for personal or commercial purposes, except where restricted by third-party terms.

We may store generated content and prompts temporarily in order to provide the Service, improve reliability and prevent abuse. You are responsible for exporting and backing up any creations you wish to keep.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features may be offered on a subscription basis through mobile app stores or other payment providers. Prices, quotas and renewal periods will be shown in the app at the time of purchase. Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the relevant store policies (for example, Google Play or App Store).

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Our apps offer auto-renewable subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Subscription prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region.

Prohibited content

You agree not to use the Services to generate or distribute content that is:

• Illegal or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
• Hate speech, harassment or incitement to violence.
• Sexually explicit or exploitative.
• Misleading, fraudulent or intended to impersonate another person.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that generated content will be free from errors or suitable for every use case. You should review outputs before using them in production or public contexts.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
